Having over 11 years management experience at one of NE Florida’s oldest and most respected screen enclosure businesses, I was primarily responsible for evaluating the current operations and putting systems into place to help the company function more efficiently. I not only assisted in growing the business exponentially while there, but also helped with technology integration to facilitate an easier process for our team and faster turnaround times for our clients. Improving communication and information-sharing between employees and clients alike led to both higher customer satisfaction and decreased stress between team members.
